Day 2: Outpouring Immersion

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Leadership lessons from awakening: Stories from the outpouring and how they’re reshaping church and leadership today

12:00 PM – Lunch

2:00 PM – 5:00 PM – Workshop: A renewed way of leading church. Themes include presence over program, mutuality, multi-generational leadership, and spiritual discernment.

7:00 PM – Dinner in Lexington

Saturday
Day 3: Leadership Debrief

9:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Practicing spiritual leadership in unfolding wineskins. Interactive workshop focused on cultivating a culture of awakening, developing humble and collaborative leadership teams, facilitating Spirit-led prayer, raising up young adult leaders, and planting seeds for long-term renewal.
